Columella revision
Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty. There are many different operations that can be done on the columella. The most reason is to prevent columellar show and is achieved by trimming back the cartilage and mucus membranes inside the columella. The cost of this type of surgery is usually half the price of a full rhinoplasty. This can be done under either local anesthesia or general anesthesia.
