What Vitamins Come Highly Recommended Before Cosmetic Surgery for BBL and or Breast Augmentation?
Ladies on real self talks about vitamins to take before surgery but which ones are best? Why it comes highly recommended and how long before surgery should you take them?

Vitamins and Surgery
We recommend our patients take vitamin C and a multi vitamin prior to surgery. Vitamin C helps with swelling and brusing. We do not recommend Vitamin E until after surgery, due to bleeding issues. Discuss these concerns with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon well in advance of your surgery.

Vitamins for brazilian butt lift
There is no right answer for this question. I generally recommend a standard multivitamin and a healthy well balanced diet. There are several supplements that you should not take before surgery because they can increase your bleeding risk. Make sure you let your surgeon know what meds and supplements you take.
