I had an immediate implant done a month ago, on my #8 tooth (central incisor). My doctor said that the circumstances were ideal and we did the ext/implant same day. About a week ago, I noticed that my implant felt "unusual", slight twinges, nothing painful--since then I have experienced a few light "pinches" in the area, nothing requiring meds--mentioned to my doc who put me on antibiotic (after looking at my X-ray and not seeing anything) Should I be concerned of failure?
