Placing Collagen in the Breasts?

Is it safe to place collagen in the breasts? Will it have any side effects in the future?

Collagen not generally used for the breast

Can you be more specific? Using collagen to correct minor superficial skin wirnkles or instead of breast implants. If it is the former, then I see no contraindciation. If however, it is to achieve enhanced volume, the costs would be prohibitive.
