Yes, co2 laser can be used under the eyes. However, be very careful to choose a cosmetic physician who has great experience in this specific procedure.

CO2 laser for undereye wrinkes.
Fractional CO2 resurfacing for undereye wrinkles works quite well. A few words of caution, the energy settings should be low since the skin is so thin in this area, and the physician should place metal contact lens in the eyes prior to the procedure to protect the eyes. Healing usually takes 4-6 days.
