Discoloration, Swelling, and Prominent Veins After CO2 Laser

I'm swollen, discolored under eyes, and have more prominent veins after I had CO2 Laser 6 months ago to repair a bag under one eye. Had it done to both eyes. I also had Blepharoplasty on the injured eye 4 months prior to the laser. CO2 Laser was suggested for further improvement. Since the procedure, I've had hyperpigmentation (eyes now lighter than face), prominent veins, swelling, and more wrinkles. Will these problems improve in time and get the result? Are there oral steriods for swelling? Anything else that can be done now for improvement? Thanks.
