Safe to Have CO2 Laser if I Have Liquid Silicone?

I am 27 and i have acne scars on my face. I had diamond peel dermabrasion, but still the scars are visible. I also opted to have LIQUISILC (liquid silicone) filler injection by my Dermatologist but still there are still some small pick scars. I want to try CO2 Laser or Fraxel but I'm afraid that the liquid silicon on my face will get irritated. I'm in need of some advice from experts like you.
