CO2 Fractional Laser Vs. Titan Genesis Treatment

I am considering having some work done on my face,primarly to tighten and take out the red and sun spots. I am a 50 year old female. One office is recommending the Titan, Genesis combo 2 - 3 treatments the other recommends the CO2 fractional, 1 treatment only. Does one give better results than the other?

Laser differences

Different lasers do different things. A titan laser works on the deep collagen to help improve the skin. This will not treat the surface. A CO2 laser will denude the superficial layers of skin and ultimately tighten the skin a bit and get rid of fine wrinkles and pigmentary problems.
