Looking for a Laser face lift.

I have performed face lifts and Laser resurfacing for over 20 years and they are not the same things. IMHO, Face Lifts should remove excess fatty tissue, tighten the SMAS and Platysma (if neck lift is included) muscle layers and then trim excess skin. Laser can do none of those things and basically resurface the skin, tightening just that layer to a nominal degree.

Laser lift

Laser lifts of faces do  no provide the same results as a facelift or a neck lift.  It should not be considered a replacement for one.

By laser lift I believe you are referring to smartlifting or the lasersmartlift which was developed in 2007. This involves using the Smartlipo laser to undermine and tighten skin and reduce fatty deposits. To date I have performed over 500 such laser assisted procedures and the patient satisfaction is great.  Laser lifting works best on patients under 60 who have some fatty deposits and jowls that obscure the jawline.
