Dear kevo, I would advise against sun bed tanning that soon after rhinoplasty It will lead to increased swelling and prolonged healing from the radiation of the UV rays If you really need to go, you should wear high SPF sunscreen and put something to cover the nose Best regards, Nima Shemirani
