I'm looking for recommendation on procedures to get ride of my excess neck/chin fat! I'm 34 and very active, so I don't think a few extra hours at the gym will help. Which procedure will help resolve my issue?

Answer: Neck lift or liposuction or both. Your neck looks like you might only need a liposuction. A necklift is needed if the surgeon thinks the neck skin won't shrink.

This involves removal of the fat above and below the platysma muscle along with a platysma plasty to give further definition to the jawline and neck area.
