I have had a cleo for eight years upgrading to the Cleo Q a year ago. I think despite what people say it does work, i'm now 31 and my muscle tone in my face is excellent and i dont have any wrinkles.
The only problem i have is that the Cleo Q unit itself is total rubbish. ITs a small tacky plastic machine which is delicate and definately not worth over three hundred pound. Fortunately the results do outweigh the actual machine itself but be firm with the company if things go wrong. Definately take out the three year warranty and you should be fine. It does cost quite a bit to maintain thirty pound every few months for pads, they've brought out new leads which are thirty pound which go every few motnhs and need to be replaced but i do believe it is worth it! You need to use it as directed though but that can be for as little as 7 minutes a day!
I too have had the Cleo for a good few years and then up graded to the new type but was bitterly disappointed and would love to have the old one back. I found it far more controllable and of better quality. However, even though I've had it for years I haven't used it consistently, I have to find times when my husband and children aren't around for fear of having the mickey taken so I can't really report any results. Sad isn't it!!!
I've used CleoII since 2003 then bought CleoQ 18 months ago, using it EVERY day - despite this I can't honestly say it works!! I never noticed any difference except that it helped skin circulation; I only kept using it in case there was some benefit that I didn't realise which'd revert if I stopped, but as the over-priced leads seem to last all of 5 minutes [Anyone'd think they were badly made, so you have to buy more...]& it seems the company are just out to fleece their customers, then I think its time I knocked it on the head. I'll let you know if my face suddenly falls off...
