I think you'd be a great candidate for rhinoplasty for the concerns you want to have addressed. You will be a little black and blue around the eyes for about 7 days. Look for an expereinced surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic surgery (or Facial Plastics). Consider more than one consultation to get comprehensive information and make a good decision.
