Cleft Lip Scar Revision Left A Hard, Sore Bump. Is This Normal? (photo)

hi 12 days ago, i had a septorhinoplasty with a cleft lip scar revision. on 7 day, i saw the surgeon and he told me that everything was healing fine even through i asked him about my lip that had a bump. now 12 days after the surgery, my lip feels stiff and the scar feels hard. this bump is sore and rubs against my gums. I don't know if this is normal or not and what can i do to relief my top from the stiffness/ thank you. Mariana Silva
