I agree with my colleagues. You are in the immediate post-op phase of your Rhinoplasty and as such under the care of your Rhinoplasty Surgeon. It's unethical for us to advise you duing this period.

Also long as the mask does not go on your nose, it should be OK. Check with your surgeon first to be sure.

Eliza, more information would be helpful. If the clay face masks you are referring to are a kind of skin care treatment, then it probably is OK. It would be prudent, though to call the office of your surgeon and discuss this with them.
