Is It Okay to Use Clarisonic with AHA 10% and Retin A .1% ? (photo)

I am 24 years old and since last year I've been working on perfecting my age prevention regimen. I apply AHA 10% cream every other night, Retin A .1% the rest of the nights and I use my Clarisonic brush to effectively remove makeup every night. I still do get some irritation and flakiness from the Retin-A since I began using it 1 month ago, but nothing too harsh and it's getting better. Just wondering if using these 3 products in conjunction means I am over exfoliating.
