This winter, I had filler injected to lessen the appearance of my under eye bags. (I believe the filler was Juvederm.) I was very pleased with how it looked. However, now that the humid weather is here, it appears that the filler is expanding and retaining water, making the area below the filler appear to be lumpy. What can I do about this problem? Is the only solution having it removed with Hyaluronidase? I greatly appreciate your response to this question!!

Answer: Under eye fillers can retain water easily.
Hi,Voluma was designed specifically by Allergan for mid face augmentation. Placed correctly, it does give a gentle lift of the face by elevating the cheekbones. Another plus is that feels soft and natural. On the off chance that you don't like it, it can be easily dissolved...
With Botox treatments every 3 to 4 months, the skin can rejuvenate in that area. If you want instant gratification, Restylane-L or JuvedermXC can be used skillfully in the depressions. Filler along with Botox will give you the best and longest results.
Yes, you can use the derma roller after your Juvederm. I would advise waiting 2 weeks after filler before undergoing micro needling. This will allow the swelling, bruising and other side effects of your filler treatment to dissipate adequately enough.
