Chronic Trouble with my Left Nostril/sinus for over a Year - Pain/nerve/burning/infections/tiredness/no Fever?

Since having a baby I have had trouble with my left nostril/sinus. I have been told I have a deviated septum. It seems to "flare up", it will begin with a tingling/burning near to the tip of the nostril and a tingling in the left front tooth. When I look inside my nose I can see the septum is red, inflamed, and sometimes bleeding. Pain in cheek and tiredness. I have been given many courses of antibiotics which don't solve the problem. Currently use Bactroban. Have seen ENTs who have no answers.
