I recently had a chin reduction but my chin is still bulky at the tip. I really would rather not have anesthesia again but I feel that I may need a slight revision. When I smile, my chin juts out further than it did before and the tip also sags. Is there anything non-surgical I can do? Is it possible to have a revision with just local anesthesia?
