Will Skin Be Droopy After Chin Implant Removal?

I had a chin implant with rhinoplasty in 2001. I feel dull constant pain around the chin area now. Last year I felt the area got swollen. I had a facial and it brought it down. I would like this removed but am afraid of looking droopy.I am also afraid it will swell again and look worse in time. Is there a way to take this out and adjust real bone? Can this be taken out and skin be made to look firm?
