Do I Need a Chin Implant and a Nose Job? or Would a Chin Implant Make my Nose Look Smaller? (photo)

im 17 and have been looking at surgery to have to improve my appearance of my side profile. when a dentist told me a few years back i had a weak chin and that i should of had chin surgery when i was little to move it forward, ive been paranoid of it ever since. i did want a nose job and chin implant at first but in the past year or so i read on the internet that a weak chin can make a nose look bigger. is this true? which one would i benefit more from? thanks for your opinion
