I'm a male with a weak chin and quite a short lower third of the face. I am considering sliding genioplasty to increase the prominence of my chin and its vertical height. A vertical height gain is just as important to me as prominence. What is the maximum number (ballpark) of millimeters of additional chin height that can be safely added?
