When I gain weight. I gain it mostly on my cheeks and not under my neck. So I always had good jaw definition but great big cheeks. Does this mean anything about my bodytype/anatomy? (I am a 105lb 5'6'' female who often looks overweight only in the face) [[Because I had issues with this since a very young age I recently had facial lipo procedure and buccal fat removal and extremely happy with my results. I feel that a pound has been taken from my face and my face matches my body.]]
