What Should I Do About Chin and Jaw Implants? (photo)

4 years ago i had a chin implant which resulted horrible chin(deep hallows-it was a button type implant).So i ve had 3 fat grafting surgery to correct the hallows and also putting fat to lessen the asymmetry (undeveloped right side).Results are not very bad but still lots of assymmetry and fats are melting unevenly so im looking for a more radical solution.I wanna remove the button type impant and put extended anatomical chin implant as well as jaw implants.Can you recommend me about it? Thanks
