Folliculitis After Hair Removal? (photo)

I used to have a very complicated case of Pseudofoliculitis barbae. As in my working shaving is imperative for contamination issues, I was forced to shave everydays and this caused Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation on my chin and upper lips area. Thus, I've started Sciton YAG Laser laser hair removal Treatment. After my second session I have started to get this ingrown hair that has been degraded and it looks like a black spot in my chin. How can I eliminate this problem? (see pics attached)
