The ASPS website is a good starting point for qualified surgeons. Dr. Julius Few and Dr. Otto Placik are two possibilities. Consult with 3 - 4 board certified plastic surgeons to understand your options.

Number one, get several consults and educate yourself as much as possible. There are a number of excellent rhinoplasty surgeons in Chicago. Perhaps the most experienced would be Dr. Dean Toriumi. Best of luck.
