I had under eye bags and decided to have a lower bleph. A week post op and the bags are gone but now I'm getting cat eyes. They don't go with my face. I didn't expect the shape to change. I have an anchor stitch as i mentioned in an earlier post. Maybe this is causing this look. I loved the shape of my eyes before and wasn't looking to change it. My left eye is different from the right since the procedure. What has happened here and can it be fixed? I'd like to have my rounded shape back.

this variant is more...
