I'm getting a rhinoplasty done to fix a deviated septum with a sliding genioplasty. For the genioplasty, my surgeon is going to cut out a few mm of my chin because he said its a little to long for a female and push the rest forward to meet my bottom lip. At rest, my lips tend to stay open because I get mentalis strain when I try to shut them. I do have a slight open bite but nothing drastic that the braces I have now wont fix , but my chin doesn't project enough. And I don't have a gummy smile.
