How do you know if Rhinoplasty cartilage grafts have moved and how bad is occasional nose picking?

I had a rhinoplasty a year ago to improve breathing and appearance. Recently it's been more difficult to breath through my nose. Could this be due to cartilage grafts moving in my nose? I pick my nose on occasion, does this severely affect grafts? How can you tell if a cartilage graft has moved and what can move them?

If your breathing has become worse, you should be examined.

You would need to be examined by your plastic surgeon.  Cartilage grafts can warp but they generally will not move at one year post rhinoplasty.

See your Plastic Surgeon for an exam to determine if any damage has been done to your nose.  Best wishes!
