I had a delayed puberty due to being born with Partial Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, grade 3. Being resistant to testosterone, I had soft, fair skin. I hated facial hair and frankly thought it was disgusting. 12 sessions of laser made my face look really feminine to the point where I get 'Maam" at times. Is there any way to grow some or all of it back because they call it "reduction" and not "permanent" like electrolysis is? Thanks

Apply hydrocortisone and take Benadryl. It should go away in a day or so. Let the technician know of your reaction so they don't increase the energy for your next treatment.
Looks like a minor inflammation. That means that the hair follicles received significant amount of energy and is going away. If there is no itching, you can just nothing and await getting better in 3 to 5 days. Otherwise using coconut oil can decrease the inflammation.
