Foreign body reaction with strattice. Alloderm an option?

I had prophylactic mastectomies brca + 4 years ago. Had a very bad reaction to strattice. It needed to literally be carved out of my skin. Took 6 surgeries to get the reaction to stop because it started to vascularize into my skin. Needless to say it was AWEFUL. I'm a thin woman that's been told Fat transfers will not work. What's the odds Alloderm with implants will be successful? I'm 34 and am breast less and feel horrible about myself. I just want to feel semi normal again in my appearance.
