Black woman 215lbs. 5'7" age 43 / broad shoulders a wide back,breasts 38c. I have love handles & back fat, especially in the places where it seems a mans wings would be, Narrow in comparison to my upper body. I have a fat butt that pokes out, but its not wide and looks funny from certain angles. I have seen plenty of before and after photos that lift a but and make it rounder, but I would like mine with more width. Can a fat transfer be used to widen my hips and bottom to help proportion my shape ?
