Is dry flaky skin common when wearing a compression garmet for lipo?

I am three weeks post op arm lipo and still wearing my compression garmet. It is tight in the chest and have recently notice flanky skin on and around my nipple and ariola. Is this a common problem or most likely a serperate issue unrelated to the garmet that I should see someone for if it doesn't go away?
