Ankles Swell All the Time, Does That Rule a TT and/or BBL out for Me?
My ankles swell all the time. Have for the past 25 years. I have never had a blood clot or any issues. I also have well controlled type II diabetes. I have had a C-section and gall bladder removal with no issues. Am I considered too high risk for TT and/or BBL?

Swollen ankles and surgical risk
You should see an internist for evaluation of your vascular status and to rule out underlying medical conditions. A type 2 diabetic is at higher risk for wound healing problems. Medical clearance would be necessary.

Risk for Tummy Tuck
Based on the information you provided, and your past surgeries without any issues, you should be OK for a tummy tuck. However, a full evaluation by a Board Certified plastic surgeon and a medical clearance by your primary care doctor would be the way to start.
