Chest Acne Treatment?
For several years I've been suffering from acne around my cleavage area. It is usually off and on and has left scarring. What is the best treatment to completly eliminate it, remove the scars, and have normal-looking skin in that area?

Acne scars are categorized into three different categories:
Active acne and inflammatory cystic lesions
Contour irregularities with or without icepick scars
Hyperpigmentation
Hypertrophic, keloid scars

A combination of treatments are best
First you want to make sure that they are scars and not just pigment or color change. If there are raised or depressed scars that is one matter, but if there is a persistent red color in the areas this can make it look deep when they are actually flat. If there is a post inflammatory increased pigmentation causing a brown color that is different than scarring.
