Pimples turning to black spots

You should consult a dermatologist for treatment of your acne. It is common for darker complexioned skin to hyperpigment after pimples so the first step is to prevent the pimples. Tretinoin cream may be appropriate for you since it treats acne and also has a fading effect.

thankyou doctor!!!! but can i use mederma for that will it cure that black spot?
