Mommy makeover
A mommy makeover, which involves a cosmetic breast and abdominal procedure requires general anesthesia. Patients can experience temporary hair loss from general anesthesia or the stress of surgery. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and anesthesiologist if you have specific concerns about the anesthesia and medications used and hair loss.
Best wishes,
Dr.Bruno

The problem is determining cause and effect. You already know your hair is "fragile and has a tendency to fall...
