I have many little dark/hyperpigmented spots on my legs from my early-mid teens when I used to get mosquito bites or cuts and pick at them resulting in dark spots. I want a treatment that will fade them but not damage or permanently darken/whiten all of my skin. Any suggestions? I am of a medium brown complexion. Thanks.
