Chemical Peel Reaction vs Pixel-Laser Reaction

I recently had a chemical peel (not glycolic acid). The peeling was just a little annoying but the real problem was the major breakout of tiny pimples (white/red). The majority of the breakout was on the chin area, a few by the nose, jaw area and neck. I was only informed that my face would be tight and dry feeling and would peel approximately the 3rd day.
I would love to try the pixel-laser method but I'm extremely concerned how I would react to it. Have you ever had a patient do the pixel-laser treatment that had a reaction to a chemical peel? What's your worst case scenario reaction from a pixel-laser treatment? Thank you in advance for your response to my question.
