Cheeks Permanent Fillers (Estiform) ?

Hi doctors :) How to remove permanent fillers ( estiform) from cheeks ? Suction , surgical , cortisone injections ... Etc It has been there for almost 4 years And i want to know the safest way to get rid of it. And how long should i wait before filling my cheek with my own fat. Btw I'm 28 years old Thanks a lot

Removal of Permanent Filler

The most reliable method to remove filler would be to remove it under direct vision through a modified facelift or eyelid incision. I would wait at least 3 months before fat grafting.
