My frenulum is not as long as it was prior to surgery and it is difficult to purse my lips together. My upper lip is overall much smaller than it was prior to surgery. I've spoken to the surgeon but he insists he doesn't see what I'm talking about. He also says to wait it out. I'm not sure what my next step should be. I want this resolved.

Cheek implants and face

On side may look smaller because of swelling on the other side. You have to give it time to heal.  Some changes in movment may be because of soft tissue dissection or swelling, but follow closely with your doctor.

Issues after cheek implant

Looking at your photos I would tend to agree with your PS. However, I never dismiss what the patient says. Having said that you still have some swelling which could appear to impinge on your lips. As to the frenulum I dont see how that could have been affected unless the incision was placed way too close the center of your mouth under the lip.
