Cheek Implants Too Small?

I had cheek implants done about a month ago. I feel as if the implants are too small. I honestly don't notice a difference. Is it possible that there's still residual swelling left and as time goes on the implant will become more prominent?

Small Cheek Implants
As you have suggested the cheek implants may look too small one month after placement because the normal post-op swelling masks the cheek prominence and definition which both you and your surgeon want. Be patient and discuss this with your surgeon. Hopefully it will not be necessary, but larger implants can be placed.

Cheek implants to small
I would definitely give some more time to determine your swelling versus your actual results. I think error on the side of to small is better then the other alternative. A conservative approach is always best when trying to achieve a natural balance with some enhancement to the area. In the end if you decide you are still unhappy they may be easily replaced for an increased size. Best regards!
