I had 4mm terino silicone shells and 4mm silicone premaxillary implants placed on sep 2nd and removed on sep 28. What sort of healing process should I expect? How long until the swelling resolves and I look acceptable? And how long until I am back to my true pre op look?

Recovery after cheek implant removal

Implants placed and removed within a short period of time should not cause too much delay in recovery as the implant did not have a chance to get a capsule formation around it. Providing there was no infection bruising should settle after 7-10 days. Swelling should subside after about 2 weeks. Uncomplicated wound should heal at the same time, though suture resorption might take about 4 weeks.
