Does cheek implant big size or small size make the face ball-like looking , I had implants before 1 year and a half and I still have swelling because it`s going very slow and since it is not going equaly then this is leading to asymetry ( the left face has less swelling) . Sometimes I look ball-like face ,and sometimes less .     Big implants or small implants ,which one of them make final result ball-like face?  Do I have to still wait to get the last result ,  I still feel the sweliing inside

Size of Cheek Implants

You have to rely on the advice and experience of your surgeon to select the proper sized implant. Look at his/her results in other patients to see if you agree with that physician's aesthetic tastes. In general you want to increase cheek definition and projection, and choose a size that makes the cheeks proportional to the surrounding facial features. It is rare to have swelling 1 year post-op; consult with your surgeon.
