Checking out Your Doctor's Misconduct Record

I can't find a web site to check on a dr. to see if they have complaints, or problems without paying for it. Is there a website to do this, and if so, if your Dr. isnt on it, does it mean that there aren't complaints, considering that the Dr. has been in practice in the same state for years?

Try your state medical board website for doctor's misconduct records

Hello, State medical boards issue licenses for doctors. That is the place to check for complaints and problems. Check the web to see if your state medical board has a web site. In California, some problems are listed online.
