How Can I Change the Shape of my Face?

I was wondering what would be the best way to change the shape of my face if it is possible. I have a heart shaped face, but I would like to have an oval shape. My jaw is kind of small and not that visible, and I would like it to be more visible. I don't want to put a photo of myself in here, but my face is kind of like Rihanna's, I would like to have a shape like Megan fox, but I don't want to go overboard and be like Angelina Jolie. What is the best way for me to achieve that?
