Nose Hump Improvement Without Surgery
With the amount of hump reduction you need nasal surgery is the only reasonable alternative. If your concern is financial, wait until you can save adequate funds; financing is available for cosmetic surgery. If you're fearful of surgery, rest assured that there is minimal risk if the surgery is done in an accredited facility by a board certified surgeon.

A hump cannot be removed without surgery but other things are possible
The only way to remove a hump on the bridge of a nose is surgery. But there are a couple of other non-surgical options to soften the look of your nose and face:
1. Filler to the radix (root) of the nose. Even a small amount placed there could provide an improvement--not necessarily a completely straight bridge, but one in which the hump is less prominent.
2. Filler to the chin. The more projected the chin, the less prominent the nose looks.

Rhinoplasty for hump
I think that the only way to treat your nasal bump is by having a rhinopalsty. Some doctors would try to inject some filler in very tiny bumps, but unfortunately yours is too large.

"Non-Surgical" Rhinoplasty is Best rserved for small humps
Placing filler to hide a nose hump works best with small dorsal irregularities and humps. In your case attempting to raise the higher dorsum (bridge) to the height of the hum will result is an exaggerated, distorted nose that no Plastic surgeon with an aesthetic sense would be proud of.
A Reduction Rhinoplasty would give you a MUCH better result and could truly do wonders for you appearance.

Rhinoplasty and Chin Augmentation (Implant) to Improve Profile
Hi Matthew,
I would recommend a reduction rhinoplasty and a chin implant. Both would require surgery. Using injectable material on your nose will make it look larger, especially without a chin implant.
Good luck and be well.

Your nose hump is too large to correct with a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty.
Only small nasal humps will look better when Injectable Fillers are used. Based on your profile photo, you appear to be an excellent candidate for Rhinoplasty Surgery. Research and choose your experienced Rhinoplasty surgeon wisely.
I hope you find this helpful.

Reducing a nose bump without surgery
In looking at your picture, I don't think you are candidate for "non-surgical rhinoplasty". In a "non-surgical nose job", a filler substance is injected into the skin above and below the nasal hump, so that the hump is less noticeable. In your case, such treatment would make the nose a lot larger and I think less pretty.
You would be best served by having a rhinoplasty with a qualified surgeon for a pretty and permanent result.

Nasal improvement without surgery
A nasal bump can be improved without surgery by using injectable dermal fillers. Usually, one would fill above the bump to reduce its prominence. I only use absorbable fillers.
From the photo you provided, I would say that you are not a great candidate for this approach. Your nose is rather large for your female features. Making it larger in the upper part may reduce the hump prominence but would not make you look much better.
I would recommend to consider a true rhinoplasty for lasting and...

Nose hump requires surgery
The picture you provided is fairly clear that you have prominent bone and cartilage that is giving you the hump. The only way to get this reduced is with surgery to trim down the bone and cartilage. I do not know of any method less than surgery that would change the hump.
Best Wishes.

I recommend rhinoplasty surgery for your nose
Non-surgical rhinoplasty involves using skin fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm to build up some shape to the nose. For small humps, this can be used to fill in a deep-set area at the root of the nose near the forehead to make a hump look smaller. It is important to see a doctor who is experienced in this procedure to get the best result. In the Los Angeles area, a very experienced doctor whom we recommend is Dr. Alexander Rivkin.
In your case, the nasal hump is prominent enough that I...

Rhinoplasty will solve your problems
The short answer to your question is no, the hump cannot be improved without surgery. What you have is an excess of bone and cartilage that gives the hump, and this needs to be resected. This can be done in a relatively minimally invasive way with no incisions on the outside of your nose. The recovery time is generally a few weeks and I think this would be a home run for you. Good luck!

Wrong question
The first question you need to answer is, What do you not like about your nose? After you decide on that, go see a good rhinoplastic surgeon and discuss it with them. You are a perfect candidate for a rhinoplasty, IF - you dont like the way your nose looks and the surgeon agrees that they can give you what you want.
