How Long Do I Need to Take Botox for Cervical Dystonia?

I have cervical dystonia how long do I need to take botox until the muscle will atrophy? The biggest muscle from cervical dystonia is my right splenius capitis. How many years should I expect to take botox until I will notice this muscle atrophying and a decrease in my dystonia symptoms?
