I feel like the part of my septum where my scar is goes on a downhill slope causing my whole nose to look off/bad and I'm wondering if this was bad reconnecting on the surgeons part or if it is swollen too and that will subside along with the rest of my nose swelling. It appears that the scar line is broken up into two different levels, as seen in the photo. I'm very concerned about this. Photos are attached. Thank you

Dear Findinghappy,We recommend our septorhinoplasty patients to hold until at least 7 days post-op before gently blowing their nose. I would follow-up with your surgeon about the newly discovered dorsal hump.
Nasal growth
