Cellulaze or Exilis for Volume Loss?

I see a lot of positive feedback regarding smoothing but no mention of slimming effect. I'm considering either Exilis or Cellulaze for very pronounced saddlebags w/ what I'm guessing would be a first level grade three cellulite -- deep furrows and dimples, much less visible when lying down. Want to look better in clothes, not just naked, so which proceedure would allow me to go down a size or so in pants?

Cellulaze or Exilis

These are entirely different procedures as Exilis is non invasive fat contouring while Cellulaze is for cellulite. Exilis does not work for cellulite. Cellulaze is slightly more invasive also.
